Cooling's installed our heating and air conditioning system seven years ago in our new construction home, and it is flawless. We have them do annual maintenance with Ashley always superb on the phone for scheduling and Doug for maintenance, who is a complete professional.

When we got back from vacation our heating and hot water heating was not working. They promptly sent Doug out to fix it. It required ordering parts which they prioritized. Two days later Doug fixed the problem. He let me know ahead of time when he would be here and was right on time. He explained everything to me and was knowledgeable and pleasant.

I have had cooling in my house multiple times for multiple reasons. They are always on time and courteous, and in fact a few times I’ve had emergencies and they are here. Lickety split. Recently, I Had a problem with my thermostat on a cold day. I called to see if someone could look at what was wrong and literally within 10 minutes Doug -who’s been the guy who services my home - was at my house. I think I was just lucky that time, but regardless they’re always Respond quickly. Doug has gone above and beyond to get the job done right.
