Jamie and her staff were very gracious in telling me via phone what I needed to test to get the electrical outlet in my bathroom working. Their suggestion worked. They saved me a $185 trip charge which I guess businesses are now forced to charge. For that I am very grateful. With everything so high priced today I've even decided to increase my own hourly coaching rate from $200 to $300 plus per hour in order to survive in this now expensive world we live in:). Thank you.

We be used CCE for a few different issues now and want to say their customer service is top notch! Michelle is always so very helpful from getting us in the schedule to providing significant helpful information on how to properly handle things ourselves. We will call them again if need arises!
