The personal service I received from Doug in scheduling an appointment to meet my needs, and he visited my home to fully understand the project; then the actual work/cleaning done today by Scott and Josh - all was absolutely outstanding! I appreciate Scott and Josh going over their strategy for tackling very difficult stains (which they eliminated!)

These guys are great. Scott and Jay came by a cleaned all the carpets in my house. Scott discovered a leak I had in the basement and probably spent 20-30 min helping me to find the root cause, spent time to try to remediate the image carpet, and gave me the name of another company who came out that day to help. But no additional charge.
Outside of that, overall great job on the carpet cleaning. Just stand up guys. What’d you expect from a close family run business. Highly recommend.
Scott and Jayden provided excellent service. They were on time, polite, professional and worked efficiently to clean the carpets in our home. The estimate provided over the phone was accurate. They were personable as they worked. Even left us booties and commercial fans to dry the carpet areas quicker. Came back the next day to pick them up with no additional charge. I would highly recommend using Precision Carpet Cleaning!
