I had mice like crazy - we sealed up the cracks inside and still saw them. Yuck. yuck yuck Another service found a hole outside and sealed it up but I still would see a mouse from time to time. When I found Josh, he came over and identified problems and set out some bait, explained out how it worked. I saw a couple of mice that took the bait but then nothing. I haven't seen a mouse in my house for 2 years or so, since he started coming. I get him to come back every few months, just for my reassurance. Great work. Plus, the man is cheerful, friendly, upbeat and takes time to pet my dogs! Highly recommended.

Josh took the time to educate me about termites swarming near our home over the phone and he answered quite a few questions I had. Not only was he super knowledgeable about the insects, but he didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. I'll definitely be using and recommending Bugs and Beyond from now on,. It's great to find a local business that really cares about customers over making a quick buck.
