The folks here are knowledgeable yet not intrusive or pushy. They are candid and helpful while being genuine and setting the bar high for service as they are friendly, warm, and professional while really knowing what they are talking about. I will no longer go anywhere else for frames.
Great customer service. The eye doctor was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful helping my dad pick his glasses out. Helps out that the mall is now dog friendly. Thank you to everyone at the store for making the process easy and fun.
Went in for an exam with Dr. Watson and was throughly impressed. She listened to my needs and was patient during the exam. I did not feel rushed and got the Rx I needed. Frames and glasses are appropriately priced and stylish. Much better experience than the other Optometrists I’ve been to (and cheaper)
