I have been a patient here for almost twenty years. No problem except one thing. Getting an appointment through their cetralized system is a nightmare. One out of 100 (times), and that is my genrous estimate, that I am able to reach a human voice rather than the automatic message. Seldom they are responsive enough to return a call within 24 hrs. (same day). It is frustrating. Do they want us to be ready for a call any time they wish to? I have complained verbally one time. Things never change.Someone please read my comments and act.This is a free service provided for the benefit of the mankind!!Thanks a lot.PK Sen
