Since stress is my biggest trigger for my chronic migraine episodes, I wanted to try brain tap to destress and gain better control over my emotions. I have had high stress within my daily life for years, and have tried many things for management. I have had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, which contributed to worsened migraine episodes which are very debilitating. Initially, I came in after sustaining neck and head injuries in a car accident. I had migraines and limited mobility in my neck and severe pain in my back. Dr. Chavez and his staff worked with me to make a care plan and I have been going for the last 3 months and plan to continue. Since I've begun, I don't have any migraines any more and my back pain has eased almost completely.The staff and office culture is unlike anything I have ever seen; I am grateful for the peaceful and warm environment they create. I had chronic cerivcogenic headaches (from neck to temple) that would debilitate me for 24 hours before just a few visits with Dr. C. I only have to go a few times a year to stay pain free now. Had been to other chiropractors. This is ENTIRELY different!
