This place has become a second home! The community feels like family and the environment is so warm. The room is hot ? ?? love love love it. It has changed me in all the best ways. Inside and out!I'm so grateful to get to be a part of such a wonderful place that has the most amazing owner and leader, April! ???

I’d tried several yoga studios and classes over the years and thought I probably wasn’t meant for yoga or yoga wasn’t meant for me. That all changed when I found Sumits. Love this place, the classes and how it makes me feel mentally and physically. Special shout out to Jolinda for what I can only describe as a soul expanding experience.

A sweet, nurturing space where you can get a full body & mind workout in one hour. The discounted rate for healthcare workers is very generous. Last class we were all given a cold & lovely scented washcloth to end the sweaty session. Having previously done traditional bikram yoga for over a decade I do appreciate this more modern and gentler approach that Sumits has given hot yoga. Thank you!
