Iliana is an amazing therapist. She cares about your needs and how to maximize your session. She has educated me on how I can help myself in between sessions. I have learned that massage therapy is not always peaceful and painless, but it is an approach to lessening pain and healing yourself. I cannot say enough about how great the experience is each time.

I’m a Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage Therapist, specializing in Rehabilitative Massage Therapy and Corrective Exercise. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY COACH, and CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST. With experience working alongside Occupational Medicine Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapist and Physiatrist. My goal is to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issue with posture, balance and total body coordination. When the goal is to optimize movement quality, we can see results in reduced injury and increase movement efficiency.
