I'm so happy to leave a glowing review for Charlene and BodyWork Concepts. Not only is Charlene incredible at deep pressure and restorative massage, she is so knowledgeable in human physiology. Our sessions start with addressing specific issues and talking though the how they started (what caused the pain/issue), how long I've been experiencing, and methods to alleviate. I always leave her office with a greater knowledge of my own body and appreciate her deep knowledge to educate me on steps to take on my own time to improve my well-being. Her work has truly improved my day to day mental and body health.
I can't say enough AMAZING things about Charlene @ Body Work Concept. Charlene has been massaging me for 4+ years. I see her every 4 weeks. If I miss an appointment my body cry's for her. I was in a very serious scooter accident years ago. I had many massages therapists work on me, but nothing or no body can fix me back to "normal" like Charlene. She listens to my needs and is always thinking of how she can help one step further. She is strong and very talented. She does not grind your bones to show her strength, she checks in, she is great at reading her clients if you want to talk or if you want to be silent and enjoy your massage. AMAZING!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HER...read full review
Charlene has done wonders to help with back issues, posture problems, and stress. Recently, she fired up the nutrition side and has led me down a path to better understand that my body has serious reactions to some foods and is helping me to adjust my diet. She has gone to great lengths to spend extra time to explain these big changes, what the problems mean on a practical and physiological level. It's rare to see someone go this far and do so much to help.
