I have been going to eye doctors since I was 8 years old, and I say with sincerity and confidence as an almost 30-year-old that this office made me feel the best taken care of. Even before my actual appointment, Dominic (hoping I got his name right) helped walk me through my vision insurance benefits and how it impacted my appointment and the cost. Both him and Heather took very good care when it came to answering my questions and using my vision insurance benefits the way that I wanted to. Dr. Zimmerman and team and truly helpful! My eyes have been bothering me for years, mostly because of allergies. Dr. Zimmerman made a few recommendations that have helped immediately!
Staff is kind, on-time, and willing to sit and explain what they're doing. Dr Z herself is awesome, very gentle and patient. Good frame selection, quick turnaround on lense orders. Good warranty policy.
