Hire these folks if you want your neighbors to hate you - even after asking 1-3 hours in advance, this company’s crew has blocked us in our garage instead of using the space that they’re doing the work. We asked them to give us enough space to leave during lunch, and instead they left all their equipment to block our way. The person on site was unprofessional.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, no call backs no returned calls. Naomi is the most unprofessional and unreliable person I have ever met. I regret even considering this company. Please do not even bother with them. You will truly be disappointed in their service. They do not return texts or phone calls. My only recourse is to spread the word amongst family , friends a coworkers as to how bad this company service or reliability is. You will notice most of their reviews are from years past. This company misses appointments and is very unreliable.

Employees can't tell time or report to jobs on schedule. Boss can't hear anything even though I have his call recorded and what time I said he could have them be to my house after his employees missed their 8 to 12 arrival window. Don't deal with this company if you can avoid it because Dave Fleck (manager) lies to protect his own company when I said I would be back between 1 and 2 pm and they could come during that window, he asked me what they needed to do because he was not even aware what the job was even though he spoke to the warranty manager of the Dreamfinders House builders.

Bob and Kenny did really good job on water damaged interior wall and stopped the water leak from outside. They water tested a few times and found out were the water is coming from and fixed. I highly recommend them. I appreciate your hard work.

Just a friendly thought. If your builder suggests they will send out ASR (restoration company that cleans up the mess after damage from a crummy build), request another company. My day was wasted waiting for them and now I have to miss another day of work, my emotional support animal has to be at doggy day care another day and the manager, Dave Fleck, is a liar and was caught lying in a call that was recorded. I also recommend never buying Dream Finders Homes as they deal with the bottom of the barrel of trades and when they sent someone to inspect a leaky roof in September, they only saw one of multiple leaks and this is my second time dealing with needing to uproot my schedule to deal with all these companies that require to be here and apparently I'm being blamed for needing to be at work and scheduling on a day far enough out that I could be gone without missing work or my required office times. Is this what being a working woman is? Getting blamed for picking one day that actually works and then getting blamed when the trade doesn't show up?!?! Both companies are horrible and highly recommend anyone else. Please seek another company.

In my opinion hiring ASR will be the biggest mistake you can make. We hired them to put a new roof on our 38 unit townhome complex in Vail, CO and they left the job with 12 recorded leaks. 12 leaks on a new roof? Seriously? Who does this? This was over 3 years ago and they still have not fixed all of the leaks. Why would any one hire this company? We begged them for months and months to send a team up to fix their work and they did as little as they possibly could to satisfy their obligations. If you hire them and they treat you like they treat us please know it will end in tears for you. Because they refuse to warranty their work we have finally had to sue them. They were served paperwork on Friday. There are hundreds of companies that can do what these clowns do. I would hire someone else and save yourself a world of hurt. I'll let everyone know how the lawsuit goes. Last time I posted this story on LinkedIn they called our attorney and mentioned how unhappy they were. Can you imagine that? They are unhappy with us? Really? How do they think we feel? In good faith, we pay them a million dollars to put a new roof on homes, they leave us with 12 leaks and THEY ARE UNHAPPY? That exemplifies the true character of this awful company. Reach out to me if you are thinking of hiring these goofs and I'll give you the complete story.

I can't say enough how great this company is. They were extremely responsive, professional and honest every time I spoke with each of their representatives. I truly felt like I had an advocate in my corner when dealing with my insurance company. I definitely trust them and appreciate their customer friendly approach when working with me. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I manage warranty for a large new home builder and have utilized ASR on a variety of repairs/mitigations/remediations etc.. Their scope of ability is wonderful. Professionalism and communication are top notch. Customer service both to me and owners is second to none—even when we present ASR with last minute changes or after hours requests! Cannot say enough good things. In a time where it is increasingly hard to find good people and companies to sub contract work, ASR stands out above the rest. Give them a calm and find out for yourself!

As a customer care representative for a local home builder, I've used ASR on about 10 projects over the last year. Each time, a skilled leader was present to oversee the detection and repairs of the work we needed. They have provided us with brick, stucco, drywall and paint repairs as well as smoke remediation from fire damage and water resistance barrier issues. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their job done well and done right - the first time.
