Do NOT go here for permanent makeup. Sandra is a sweet woman, but she has no business doing permanent makeup. She made a mess of my perm upper and lower eyeliner and caused extreme pain while doing so. (Have had perm upper and lower eyeliner done years ago elsewhere, it came out great and wasn't even slightly in the same class pain level wise. Unfortunately, my esthetician moved out of state). So Sandra left me with uneven widths of liner (upper and lower) and with some stray globs of ink below the lower eyeliner on both eyes and a significant area above one eye that looks like she began to apply permanent dark eyeshadow. Will have to go for laser removal, but you can't do that for six plus weeks after the initial application. Do not risk your safety, or your appearance.

Got eyelash extensions done and they were SO bad. She was very nice during the appointment but the way they were done and how she handled it after was awful. She didn’t glue them 1 to 1 with my natural lashes but instead they were glued in clumps and all stuck together. She told me before I left that I shouldn’t brush them even after the initial 48 hours even though every other source says you should brush your extensions daily. I’m assuming she said this because she knew how badly they were stuck together and that I wouldn’t be able to get a brush through them. There was visible glue all over my lashes. She glued them too far away from the lash line so there were clumps of black and they looked grown out. Some of my bottom lashes were glued to the top lashes in the corner of my eye and I had to cut them when I got home to get them unstuck. I texted her right when I got home about my concerns and she didn’t respond. I finally texted again and said I just wanted them removed. She got back to me the next day and didn’t offer any explanation or apology whatsoever, just said we could remove them during my fill appointment (over 3 weeks from now) or she could get me in in a few days. I told her I wasn’t comfortable waiting that long because I didn’t want to cause further damage to my natural lashes so she said I would have to remove them myself (which every other lash tech strongly advises against.) Again she didn’t apologize or give me any viable solution. I had to go to a different salon and pay to have them removed. The lash tech that removed them was horrified by how badly they were done.

I would like to say I had a wonderful experience with Sandra Evans at Chez LA Femme. She is very professional and highly trained. She did my lashes and a fantastic facial with microdermabrasion today. Very nice, friendly and listens to customers request on exactly what they want. 5 stars!

I went back to Sandra for an eyeliner touch-up. I asked her if she could possibly also touch up one of my eyebrows, which had faded since they were done over four years ago, and she said that she certainly could. Sandra did a wonderful job on my eyebrow and with the eyeliner. She made sure that I was properly numbed, and it wasn't unpleasant at all. She's a very sweet woman. Her salon is lovely. She really loves beauty services.

I was scheduled for a microblading session on Dec 7 at 9am. I was pleasantly surprised by what I was met with when I arrived. This woman is in her eighties and was on oxygen but her oxygen battery ran out and she was so agitated. I was so confused and didn't understand why she would be working in that condition. I felt really bad for her. After about a 20min wait, she announced to me she'd need to reschedule my appointment for the next day to which I reluctantly obliged. But I still had a nagging feeling to go somewhere else as she had so much going on. She could barely hear me when I speak. I had to repeat myself a few times. I decided to look up reviews on Chez le femme, and I'm so glad I did! I took that first cancelation as a sign from the heavens. I will not be going in as I feel like this woman needs to retire and care for her health. I pray things get better for her! I really do. You can't make this stuff up. It's insane! Honestly, this woman needs to retire and be removed from groupon or anywhere else for that matter!
