However, there are areas for improvement. Some members have experienced inconsistency in opening times, with frequent tardiness or no-shows from staff disrupting their schedules. Additionally, hygiene standards in the locker rooms have been a concern, with issues such as used band-aids, hair-coated sinks, weights left out overnight, and a shortage of towels and amenities. Despite these concerns, members enjoy the clean equipment and a variety of classes, particularly Elena's Yoga on Saturday mornings. To provide a better experience, consistency in opening hours and cleanliness are essential.
