Nate is everything you want in someone working on a project in your home. He is a good.communicator. He is professional, personable, polite and cleans up after himself. We are beyond happy, our experience was the best we could have hoped for.Our installer “Nate” was so professional and accommodating to our needs and questions, his team were clean and efficient.We would highly recommend Stove Depot for any project.Our project consisted of removing our old wood burning fireplace and replacing it with a high efficiency gas fireplace , our entire project was on time and on budget ?

Jedidiah did a complete inspection of our gas insert! It wouldn’t light. He discovered the problem and repaired without having to replace any parts! Just needed a cleaning! Great customer service! Would recommend!
