I've had several massages by other businesses and always went away feel good but never felt like my muscle problems were actually being address. However, when I started going to Mind & Muscle Medicine, I felt long-lasting effects that have actually helped with the pain from my chronic illness.Both Racheal's are amazing! They have helped my pain levels decrease and have been very welcoming & kind.

I knew going in for my first time and what was probably 10 years that I need a little work probably more than a little work. The first session down I'm looking forward to getting rid of some of the pain I've been dealing with for years. Even after the first session I'm feeling 10 times better and looking forward to feeling better and better and better

Not only is Rachel a phenomenal massage therapist but she's also an amazing, loving, kind, compassionate, caring person and those are just a few on my list of ways to describe her. She's beyond passionate with everything she does and you can feel and see it the way she handles her business. I don't know how else to describe my experience other than just telling you to book an appointment, you won't be sorry!
