We ordered a bunk bed from Stephen. It was a week or so late but eventually he called to let us know it was ready and to schedule delivery. The bed showed up and was very sturdy and he delivered and set it up as promised. What I found after reading other reviews, and having now dealt with him myself, is that Stephen is not a great communicator (will probably ignore the bulk or your phone calls and texts) but does build nice furniture and eventually delivers as promised. I actually talked to him about this and he told me that he is by himself, building furniture and fielding phone calls and just gets inundated at times.

The beds that we received were beautiful and sturdy. When he put the 6 inch screws into the bed I knew then they were going to be safe and solid. We received the beds well before they were promised. They arrived and were installed very quickly. The only issue was I was more involved with the install than I would have like because of the cancellation of his workers after a heavy storm. Other than that he under promised and over delivered. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was the install. The price and quality of the product was great and exceeded by expectations.
