Asked Craters and Freighters for service quote for pickup, packing, and shipping for a location outside Boston, but received a response from Colorado HQ which why this review is here. I was told no service available from Craters and Freighters for a location about 60 minutes from the Hudson, MA location. Asked for referral to another business that could handle if they were not able to manage picking up from that far. Email was ignored with no response or help. I've used C&F before 2020 and they were great to work with, but I think like most businesses now, customer service is getting worse and worse. I probably would have spent $2K at least on my shipping needs again...read full review
