After 30 years of the original tired carpet, we went to Grand Valley Flooring and were super pleased with the outcome! Ted and Bobbi were helpful in the selection of the carpet (there was a broad selection of flooring options), responsive in quickly turning around the measurement and estimate process, and accommodating us on the timing of the installation. Since we are seasonal in Fraser, we were concerned about oversight of the installation process. Ted and Bobbi use good installers and the installation process went seamlessly. Ted and Bobbie were nice to work with and super responsive. I called around to some of the big box stores and larger name carpet businesses. Most of them couldn't tell me when they would be up in Grand Lake to do measurements or even when they could schedule the install. Called Ted and he was able to do measurements the next day and carpet was installed the following week, so from start to finish it took about two weeks. Such amazing turn around. Did we pay a bit more than the big box stores? Probably. But it was worth it to give our business to a local company and to get the job done as quickly as we did. Ted and Bobbie had a great selection of carpet and my questions were addressed promptly. My wife and I are very pleased of the work completed and the quality of the carpet. Just another example of the benefits of staying local.

They were great! We love our carpet. George did a wonderful job of preparation under the pad and carpet. We have no seams and the carpet fits well in the space. They were all very easy to work with.
