This is probably the worst customer service I have received. 1st, when you call, a call center will schedule your appointment. You'll always find it difficult to directly reach your clinic. This is a major chain clinic. They incorrectly scheduled me (scheduled with a doctor instead of dentist) and made zero attempt to reschedule me in a timely fashion (suggesting I come back in....8 WEEKS) placed on a cancelation list, for a call back instead of someone staying late, working a lunch or squeezing me in because THEY MADE AN ERORR. I've been going here for about a year now. X-rays are referred to Elizabeth hospital. They charged me $250 out-of-pocket for the x-ray. The wait list to get in to Salud to get a referral sent over to a specialist is longer than a month. Establish care elsewhere and come to this operation only for routine medicine you schedule months in advance.

I was hoping this place would help me, but they didn't. They tried to give me medication that I didn't want. But I said I would try which made me very sick. What works for me the doctor didn't want to give me. Also, they can even get a prescription right or send to the right place to pick up.The doctor also couldn't handle more than one thing at a time! They don't know how to leave messages and they have no follow-up. I avoid all doctors in Morgan County and I drive to Greeley Now They Are Awesome.
