We had this company install our sun tubes in the house years ago, it was done very well and we were very happy. Recently, one of the tubes started transmitting less light so I called Westers (got to voicemail) if anything can be done about it. The same day they returned my call, and 24 hours later Will was in the house with his tools, he quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it - at no charge! This is when you realize that they value the reputation of the company most of all! Highly recommend this local business when you look for good quality, responsive work on your roofs or gutters or sun windows! I had a great experience with Will today. Will arrived on time and same day due to a leak in my roof. He was professional and courteous. Will explained all the issues and potential problems that could cause the leak before proceeding to go on the roof. Once on the roof Will was easily able to diagnose the leak and fix the issue. He explained things very clearly, explained future maintenance tips, and did not try to sell me any additional services I did not need.
