Let me open by saying, I really dislike medical facilities. I've had some extremely bad experiences in the past of feeling disregarded, having my issues downplayed, and feeling disrespected.

I had a really bad allergic reaction yesterday and had to go to urgent care. I was seen within five minutes. Despite being in a true panic because I'd never felt this level of Impending Doom ™, I was taken seriously, treated with care and compassion, and had all my questions answered. I often struggle to voice how concerned I really am when when I'm really scared, and these folks asked all the right questions and had all the right answers.

I had an excellent experience at Harmony Urgent Care. The person who greeted me at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Mercer was wonderful. I wish I could have her as my primary care physician because I felt so comfortable with her. I found her to be easy to talk to and compassionate, and understanding!
