UCHealth Family Medicine Center - Fort Collins

My son was in desperate need of a coat as the winter had come in faster then I could get one from other resources.. Im a single mom and on a very limited income at this time. Some of the medical practitioners pulled together to get a gift card. They helped us get a brand new coat for my little man. That was such an amazing gift ! now my son is warm and ready for the cold colorado weather !

Been a patient here since 1989. When I moved to Loveland I went somewhere else out of convenience. That was a mistake. Came right back to FMC. Excellent staff. Love my Dr. Thank you.

Being trans you do get used to abuse that most people just never have to deal with. So even tho I trust the medical community in general I was particularly apprehensive regarding my appointment to ask for feminizing HRT.

I was very pleasantly surprised however and felt supported by my primary physician all the way.
