Tom and Lori, from TLC Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning were excellent at their jobs. They were very professional and detailed. The truck mounted negative pressure duct cleaning that was used was very impressive especially since Tom was enthusiastic about explaining and showing how well our air ducts and vents were cleaned using the negative pressure duct cleaning process. I highly recommend TLC Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning.

Tom and Lori with TLC went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and understood every bit of their process of cleaning our air ducts, carpet and dryer vent. They took before and after pictures/videos to show us what they did and it was truly amazing to see what they were able to pull out of our ducts. They also put plenty of TLC into our carpet and walked us through processes that we didn't even know existed. They are very knowledgeable and some of the nicest people we've ever met and we would 100% recommend them over and over again! Thank you both so much for your expertise and kindness, it goes along way!
