This is a fantastic shop and one of the few you can access premium Ibanez and Gibson models. I used to be a frequent customer back when they were a much smaller shop and for the first couple years after they moved into the old Circuit City building. The owner is great, their luthier is great, their associates are great, and their acoustic room is par none. I moved away a number of years ago, but the next time I’m out to visit my folks, this will be one of my designated stops.

Ordered a guitar off Reverb, they were quick to answer my questions and shipped fast and the item was well packaged. I have a couple small manufacturing concerns about the guitar itself but I can't fault them for those issues. Wouldn't hesitate to do business here again.

Fantastic to buy from. I purchased an electric guitar with a floating tremolo system and asked for it to be set up and tuned to d standard - it was perfect! Highly recommended and will buy from again. Prices are fantastic and customer service was excellent.
