Fantastic! I called Rexs Plumbing because my 2nd floor shower leaked into the electrical fixtures in my kitchen. Terra came out soon after. She is so kind. She got right into asking me questions about the leak and about what else I needed done. I told her I have a long list. She said ok lets get to it! So far she has installed the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, a PRV valve and 2 out of 4 bathroom faucets. She answered all of my questions and showed me everything she was doing. Sometimes giving me 2 options on how she could go about things.
She will be back to finish up the job including fixing the ?shower leak.
Oh and she is extremely tidy.
Arrival time was late, because if problem with earlier client. It was corrected as soon as I notified them. They sent another serviceman.
Problem was determined and explained. Set up warning alert so that problem could avoid any possible flooding.
What could have been a disaster became an explanation and means of avoiding future flooding in case of similar problem.

Everyone I dealt with at Rex's Plumbing and Heating were all very professional, polite and helpfull. I will recommend Rex's to all my friends and family. They are great and Terra, my plumber, took extra time to explain what she did, where my shut-off values were and if I had any questions, she is great!!
