I called Rex's concerning a plugged kitchen drain, at the suggestion of my sister, who had had a good experience with them. James was very efficient and nice. He worked to clear my drain, which was clogged at about 25 feet from the sink, and then he made double sure that it was clear and would not give me more problems. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions for keeping the drain clear in the future. I will definitely be calling Rex's again if I have other concerns.
