Shad has provided plumbing and heating service at my home for many years. On a recent occasion, he called ahead and diagnosed the problem (missing check valve on the sump pump erroneously removed by water mitigation contractor) and showed up with all the parts needed to quickly make the repair. He provided pictures and narrative so that I had all I needed to request a reimbursement. I always ask for Shad and he always excels!

I have had multiple problem with my plumbing and air conditioning over the last 10 years of owning my house from the early 70s. From a backed up sewer mainline to the AC going out in early August.My most recent was leak in the basement. I’ve called Linds every time. They respond quickly and I’ve never had to call them back for the same issue. Clean, efficient, and responsive.

I contacted Linds and explained our situation and they were right out to address our issue.The gentleman who came to the the house was professional and quickly fixed the broken pipe.
