Wonderful experience getting a Covid shot and flu shot! I missed the walk in clinic but the nicest front desk employee squeezed me in so I didn’t have to come back! So appreciative. The nurse was equally as sweet!
Every KP employee that I encountered, from the front desk to the check-in nurse to the doctor, were so kind and patient. I felt seen and cared for. I trust the staff wholeheartedly and never get the sense that they wish they were somewhere else doing something else.
I've been with Kaiser for 35+ years (CA and CO) and have always had wonderful care and service from them. My current physician is one of the best caretakers I have ever worked with and I am always impressed by her knowledge and insight to my health needs!
