Ryan helped me rehab my aged MAC, saving the expense of buying a whole new computer. Not only did he preserve all my favorite programs and their data, he did it in hardly any time. I dropped it off at 5 and he had it ready by 10 the following morning, and was available for any questions I had. He is a real find!
Ryan was so very accommodating when my cat knocked a glass of water into/onto my computer. He allowed me to drop it off on a Sunday and got it fixed very quickly despite the motherboard needing to be ordered and replaced. Ryan kept me updated on the progress throughout. So thankful to have my laptop up and running as good as new. Price was very reasonable.
