Bobs was very quick in being able to come diagnose my issue quickly and even with a holiday in between the part came in and was fixed speedy fast! We weren't without a washer for longer than a week

I've used Bob's appliance service in the past, and they were always great! Today I called because our new washer's touch screen became locked accidentally. We followed the instructions in the manual to unlock it, but that didn't work. Apparently, the manual covers more than one model, and for our model, the instructions were wrong. Bob was able to talk me through the locked screen over the phone and get it unlocked instantly for free! Use Bob's for your appliance repair needs. He won't rip you off!
