20/20 Vision Center Fort CollinsSo I have been a patient at this office for about 2 years now and it just keeps getting better. I just had my annual check up and this place and the staff just makes me feel like I’m visiting my family rather than a Dr. I was pre tested by McKenzie who was very friendly and took her time making sure I was ready for all the tests. I didn’t feel rushed like I have felt at other offices. Everyone is very nice and getting the care I needed felt easy. However at the end of the visit when getting new frames and lenses I felt misled. I found a pair of frames for $188.00, and wanted to pair them with lenses which I was told were a $40 copay. I may have misheard, but was told my insurance covered at least $100 frames. When we began to wrap up the bill it was upwards of $300. Even if I had gotten the frames at full value it wouldn't be that much. I don't have that kind of money to spend on glasses, and was pressured to pay $150 now and $150 later. I saw Dr Vosteig for 2-3 years and he was so nice and usually remembered me as well. Overall a good looking office and everyone was pretty nice! My insurance changed and I could no longer go there and I MISS THIS PLACE. I had to go to vision works this year and my god it was gross in there. 5 stars to 20/20!
