Now I use them when I travel, they have multiple locations which is convenient for my busy lifestyle, if I'm feeling sick- pop in for a shot. I can get essentially anything to keep me moving when I'm on the go. Mayra and Rosie really made me feel comfortable especially knowing I travel. They took the time to show me their other locations for when I'm on the road. 14/10 would recommend these wonderful humans

I am an out of state client. This clinic has been so thorough and amazing. I got referred from an office in Vegas and am so happy I found them! All of my communication is done thru text message with Mayra and I absolutely love her! Almost a month into working with them and I feel absolutely amazing!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE… All new staff and no clue what they are doing from the front desk to the provider. My experience started with first getting the wrong address and ending up in an apartment complex near their office given to me by Angela. After working with Angela, she was not only the receptionist, but also the phlebotomist that day. As a nurse, I will say she did not use proper techniques and sterilization for my blood draw and the needle poke hurt quite badly. After leaving the office, I requested my lab several days later only to find out that the sample was compromised and they could not complete my CBC. After talking with the office, they told me that my testosterone was high and that it needed to be rechecked, so I went in that day had a different phlebotomist draw my blood and asked what labs were being drawn. She told me they were repeating all the labs, and I had to correct her on the tubes that needed to be drawn for the labs they were supposed to draw for that day. I went through yet another painful lab blood draw only to find out that they did not redraw all my labs only the CBC. When I found this out, I requested to speak with someone about getting a refund on my labs and was refused and was told I could use these labs anywhere so therefore I was stuck paying their $165 fee. I Will be disputing this with my credit card company for the fact that going to another office will cost me additional money because the thyroid panel they ran will not work with the new office, because they require a medication dose five hours before labs are drawn for the thyroid panel. Today, I spoke with the provider Jodi, who told me all of my labs were normal. Definitely not the case, considering that I had a hysterectomy and my body does not produce hormones on its own, so I need supplementation. Due to the fact that I said I was going to another office, I feel that every staff member there was rude to me including the office manager Michelle, because I chose to go to another provider due to their lack of ability to manage my hormonal healthcare.

This place is great. Katie and the staff are so overwhelmingly accommodating, and make you feel at home. they look at the underlying issues as well as the obvious and address all issues they don’t give up on you they give you hope and the results speak for themselves.
