I had Flooring Trends LLC come in and do three projects for me, one of which was a tricky replacement of a shower pan that another contractor had done incorrectly, making the shower unusable (two other tile contractors balked at the repair). Flooring Trends gets high marks on both the quality of work and the customer experience. Andre (sales) followed up responsibly after his visit, also recommended a tile vendor that had exactly what I was looking for but couldn’t find elsewhere. Flooring Trends did a wonderful job on our backsplash in our pantry. We used marble mosaic and wanted to match the look of the rest of the kitchen, and Andre matched it exactly. Thank you!Service: Tile work installation

Can not recommend Samuel and Flooring Trends enough! First of all, response time and communication was amazing right from the start. They were able to start my project immediately AND worked on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. My initial tile installer fell off the face of the earth days prior to my original start date. Once I contacted Samuel with Tile Trends, he was quick from starting bid to job completion. My project was completed in ONE day and the quality, professionalism,care and communication absolutely blew my mind.
