I am responding to the below post from Carie - I am the homeowner, of the house, and Carie is my business partner (and minority owner of the property) who also acts in the capacity of property manager, which is why she originally contacted you, immediately after inspection. The detail of our ownership arrangement was and is moot, because the repair needed to happen, the seller was paying for it & we all agreed you'd be paid as the check was already addressed to your company at closing.We've been working as a team, with our realtor , to ensure all repairs and improvements, from multiple vendors, are done correctly. *update 11/8/20 ... Paula, please see review posted today from Angie, the owner. Trying to distract with inconsequential details does Not hide the fact that you promised to come back and finish the job and you haven't yet. If you DO follow through with what you committed to, I will change my review accordingly.Original review from last week: Crawlspaces2Basements was commissioned to fill in a basement access (that down-sloped towards the house) & fill it in, sloped away from the house to prevent further water damage. The fill they used was a fine silt that would wash away easily, defeating the purpose of the job (for which they were paid Quite Well!).I asked them to cover...read full review

This guy is a crook. We had some water issues in our basement and his previous company Colorado Structural Services, registered to the same address as Crawlspaces to Basements conveniently enough, came over and told me we had water below our slab. Trusting his expertise and the results of the instruments he was using, as they were explained to me, he told me that we need to remove the slab in our basement so that they could install a tile and sump pump to move the water out. Shortly after the work was complete and thousands of dollars later the business closed and we again have water in our basement. Please don't use this guy!
