Kindness and service are A+ here. They turned around an emergency hem for me in 24 hours, saving me from being that bridesmaid who trips over her dress. I won’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning or alterations!
I have used National Velvet for many years even though there are others closer to my house and it has everything to do with your manager Diana. She is the friendliest, nicest person I’ve ever dealt with. She takes great pride in providing outstanding service to clients. She is knowledgeable, professional and passionate about her job. What truly sets her apart is how she radiates pure joy in simply doing her job. These characteristics combined with great communication skills equal excellence.
If everyone could be like the ladies who work at this cleaners, the world would be a happier place. They are always pleasant.
