All staff are excellent! Jesse and Ian have been especially supportive and have provided the best care.

They do a really good job at this location. I think all of the therapists that work here are DPT's which are a higher level than a PT. It is hard to get your foot in the door. They are sometimes booking a month out. But once you're in you can schedule on a regular basis. Parking can be tough at the wrong times but there is overflow parking in adjacent lots.

Getting appointments here is difficult, and they don't respect existing appointments. My back injury was in August 2025, and the soonest they could get me in was October, with a follow up in November. I had to reschedule my November appointment due to family needs, which pushed my follow up into December. Just before my December follow up, I got a call that my provider was taking a day off, and they needed to reschedule me, with the earliest being Jan 5th. As that appointment was approaching, I got a call on December 29th: they double-booked my Jan 5th appointment and needed to reschedule me, with the earliest availability being Feb 11.

So, for an August 2025 back injury, my initial visit was October 2025 (8 weeks post-injury), with the follow up now February 2026. This is completely unreasonable.

Do yourself a favor and use a different provider. Possibly outside of the UC Health system, because their scheduling has been completely unreasonable.

Registrar is terrible here, I could barely understand them during the appointment, and they failed to explain anything to me cost wise, went on about a $300 facility fee that was an estimate and would know more after service etc; failed to tell me the visit wouldn't be a copay, and would come straight out of my deductible, and it was $1500 instead of $300, don't trust these Jokers, they care only about your pocket book.

Will never use UC Health again after this, I've paid more for one physical therapy visit here than I have for healthcare total in the last year. Abysmal customer service too.

To boot they do split billing they don't disclose well either; I got a 2nd bill for my doctor visit that was double the first bill, and if I get a 2nd bill from CU for this visit that is double the 1500; that's gonna suck. Super don't trust them.

Sarah Poinski McCoy is EXCELLENT. Knows her stuff with pelvic floor PT and how it fits in with the rest of the body. Lovely to talk to and an accepting person.

They have the nicest staff here and the doctors are great. They sent me my PT exercises through a link so I can hop on and have guided info at any moment - which makes it really easy to keep up with what I need to do.

I have been seeing my PT Caleb for over two months for my ankle and foot injury. He’s a great listener and his suggestions have helped me. I followed exercises routines, shoe recommendations and used tools Caleb gave me. Now I’m slowly easing into my favorite activities again. Caleb is popular and it’s sometimes not easy to get on his calendar. But I got on a waitlist and was able to schedule earlier. I’m so happy with outcomes from seeing my PT.

They canceled my appointment and no one told me. I had to take time off of work to go to this appointment. UCHealth has really gone downhill in terms of its service.

If you also had Anthem suddenly start charging your appointments here as outpatient/not covered, keep filing grievances! It took 8 months but this has finally been resolved. Unfortunately I will never go back to this clinic because of this, but they were great otherwise.

Sarah poinski-McCoy is a miracle worker I call her the pelvic floor whisperer I was in terrible shape with my prolapse and she has made it better a million percent! When I was diagnosed with prolapse I never thought it would be fixed or back to normal everytime I go to an appointment she is always showing me new exercises or helping me to learn my pelvic floor exercise better, I can’t express how great she is not to mention I’ve never seen anyone care about their patients like Sarah does!!!! I am so thankful for her she has helped me get back to normal I can’t thank her enough I feel so much better!!!! I’m able to go to the bathroom everyday all because she helps her patients and teaches them how to better themselves. She is a miracle worker in general and “The pelvic floor whisper” thank you Sarah for helping me and thousands of others you’re highly APPRECIATED!!!!!! Thanks again for all that you do your absolutely wonderful!!!!!!????
