Time is awesome. Their customer service is amazing. We used them for an insurance claim this summer and Brad (the owner) even took time to call/help with our idiot ins agent. Then this winter our boiler (1905 edition) decided to die. Justin got it going again to help us try and make it through the winter. I am so appreciative of them. I felt like it was a friend doing the work instead of a cold-hearted company. Side note - Brad has come out at a moments notice when we have problems (as small as a pilot light going out).
I did not have heat for a couple of weeks and neither did my neighbor in our condo unit. The HOA sent out a plumber and they said everything looked fine and then my neighbor got their own plumber and they couldn't figure it out. Finally, Justin J. came out and solved the problem. He was the only plumber out of 3 to 4 that figured it out and got our heat working again which we are very grateful for. He was kind, professional and even tried educating me on our boiler system which I appreciated. I will be calling Time Plumbing again for services in the future.
Hats off to the good employees at Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. We needed a shower drain cleared. Issac came out, gave us a heads up on ETA, arrived on time and most importantly did a complete job rather than just a quick try. We needed the complete job done well. Having used Time for multiple jobs, they have exceeded expectations on their customer service. We will use no other company.
