If you're here to use the pool for $100 a month don't bother unless you sign up for additional special programs on top of the $100 you are already paying. As an entry level member at above avg cost of $100/month EVERYONE has priority over you in terms of the pool and the weight room. the only pool availability you'll have is 5am and even then, there is a 50/50 shot someone is already going to be doing laps in the lane you reserved. This is my 3rd time getting physical therapy, second for the same issue so I have some perspective. Todd and the symfit process are hands down the best that I have worked with. They’re not just there to relieve the pain temporarily but to help you learn to keep it from ever returning in the first place. Highly recommend!
