This is the second time Kate has photographed my family. Her work truly is a cut above the standard, even for the Bay Area, where there are lots of talented photographers. I feel like I have her artwork hanging on my walls, rather than family portraits. She has great location ideas, is a pro at wrangling rambunctious kiddos, and puts everyone at ease. Her photos will be treasured forever. Thanks, Kate!

Kate is such a talented photographer! Usually photo shoots are pretty awkward, and my husband isn’t the biggest fan of doing them. However, this was not the case with Kate. We felt comfortable from the get-go, and you could tell she knew what she was doing. My husband commented after our shoot that he had actually enjoyed it. I can assure you that he has NEVER said that before. She captured my family just before we moved from Denver to Chicago, and we can’t wait to hang our photos in our new home. She is special. Her photos are special. I highly recommend her!

Kate was amazing to work with. My husband and I tend to be a bit awkward when a camera is on us but she made us feel like we were all old friends--keeping us entertained the entire time. After seeing our photos, I don't know how she did it but we were blown away by how beautiful and whimsical all of our photos were. Kate made me feel and look beautiful at 9 months pregnant!!
