The Ridgeline team responded quickly to all my questions. They were also very understanding when my insurance process came to a halt as the adjuster resigned.Taylor in particular provided personal attention to the process and ensured I was satisfied with results of roofing.I will contact them for future exterior home projects.
Ridgeline was a high value roofer! They gave recommendations on best in class shingles. The total for the job came in a bit under the estimate. They were very flexible in working with the insurance company and help guide working with the insurance company. The job it self was done in a single a day with no disruption after. We have some dogs and having the nails all cleaned up was very helpful.
I really can’t say enough positive things about Ridgeline. Our experience has been outstanding from beginning to end. We worked primarily w Katrina and her husband, but have also met one of the owners and a couple of their field crew. All are exceptional. They gave us tremendous peace of mind.
