This class helps me keep moving. It strengthens and improves core control. The instruction is great and keeps me focused. We get to have fun too. Highly recommend Red’s Pilates Garage!!!
Jaclyn has taught me how to engage muscles I never knew I had so that I no longer have back pain! She tunes in to my particular learning style, makes me laugh and offers endless variety to keep our sessions challenging. I have the confidence I need to enjoy outdoor activities without fear of pain or injury. I am so grateful to Jaclyn!
