The RRFC experience all in all was pretty awesome. My academic facilitator and my mentor were great help in teaching me the ways of the music world and pushing me and my music farther.
Recording Connections is a lifechanger. I've gone from zero knowledge to having all the resources and people I need to rocket myself to the top. I get plenty of in studio time teaching me many technical skills and even more importantly, proper studio etiquette. Ever since i started I've felt nothing but growth every day and I couldnt be thankful enough to everyone that's helping me out. The recording connection is the best way to learn audio engineering
Next Monday I'm recording a friend's band. I'm heading up the entire project. My mentor will be there watching over my shoulder, to make sure I'm not messing anything up, but this is all me. I can't wait.
