I have been a long-time client at this facility, specifically for Botox and filler treatments. Nicole has always been fantastic, but the inconsistency in the results of the treatments was becoming a real concern for me. Some treatments effectively reduced my under eye wrinkles, while others seem to worsen them.
Recently, after a treatment that left the Botox settling in an unflattering way, I reached out to the clinic for assistance. They asked me to come in and upon arrival, Dr. Raval handled the situation in a completely off-putting and callous manner. He portrayed an attitude of annoyance and frustration that I was there. He did not take the time to ask questions, listen to my concerns or collaborate on finding a solution. Instead, he simply dismissed my worries, placed the blame on me while attributing the issue to aging and the unpredictability of Botox while pessimistically offering to put a bit more Botox under my eyes. The entire experience was beyond uncomfortable, it was deeply upsetting.
His lack of empathy, cold demeanor, and arrogant attitude left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Dr. Raval's behavior was the reason I will no longer be returning to this clinic. It is disappointing to be treated in such a manner, especially by someone in the medical profession. I will be sad to no longer be seeing Nicole but can't in good conscience, donate my hard earned money to someone as callous as Dr. Raval.
A message directly to Dr Raval - The way you treated me today was unacceptable. Learn to be curious with your patients, ask questions and LISTEN. Learn proper bedside manners. Treat your clients with dignity and respect. DO BETTER.

After many years of struggling with breathing issues and an obvious broken nose, Dr Raval performed a revision rhinoplasty on me late January 2024. My first rhinoplasty was performed in 1986 and was a botched surgery. After much time and research, I chose Dr Raval to perform my corrective surgery and I am so happy I made that decision. He and his staff are top notch. From the moment I called to book the consultation to each post-surgery appointment, I have been treated with the utmost respect, personalized care and compassion by Dr Raval and his staff. My results are better than I could have imagined already and I am only one month out. This has been a life changing experience for me and I can't thank Dr Raval and his staff enough!

I have been going to Raval for around 4 years now. Jesse is the absolute best esthetician. Her warmth and experience shine through in her treatments. Now going to my appointments half of the enjoyment is seeing her and getting great care. Plus, all the compliments from coworkers on my skin helps too. Jesse always knows how to make your day better with her great attitude and how to make you look glowing when you leave. 10/10 recommend this practice!

I’ve had the pleasure of getting treated by Jurry who does Botox injections. She’s made it more comfortable getting shots. I dont like needles. But Jurry makes it more comfortable to get the shots. I’m getting results from my treatments. So I’m pleased with the results.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. I've been coming here to get Botox & Filler for about 2 years now, and I see Nicole for all my treatments. Aging is hard, and Nicole is very empathetic to my concerns. She's very experienced and truly cares about the outcomes I want to achieve while keeping things real and making sure my expectations are set correctly, which is VERY important. If you ever have an issue or are unhappy with a result, Nicole will take care of it in a follow up visit promptly to address it. As long as Nicole is working in this field, I'll continue to see her. Their membership program is great too. Saves you quite a bit of money if you plan on being a regular customer.

I absolutely love Nicole… she does amazing. I’ve been going to her for years because of how good she does. I get lip filler and Botox from her. I do not bruise when she does my lips. And she is the sweetest ever. Go see Nicole stat!!!
