Previous to The Pilates Studio, I was intimidated at the cost of pilates classes, and the reputation they had for being a bit exclusionary. My experience with The Pilates Studio has been the total opposite: the classes are actually affordable, and the instructors are truly ALL warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable.
From before I even set foot in the studio, Alex was so helpful communicating with me and answering all my intro questions/matching me with good starter options, and going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. Great studio to come to for traditional reformer Pilates. No parking lot, but street parking is typically plentiful, but be prepared for street sweeping once a month. The instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful when you need to modify for prenatal/postpartum needs (like me!).
It's not easy to just drop in at this studio as there are a lot of regulars and classes book up quickly and far in advance. But once you're on the schedule, this studio is worth your time and money. I highly recommend Kim, Emily, Robin, Alex and Jacque! They are all wonderful!
Such a cute and intimately sized studio. I love the classes they offer, lots of individual attention, perfect pace for each level of difficulty, you get the true pilates experience! Genuine and wonderful instructors. The owner Kim is a doll! It can be difficult getting into a class as they are small and fill up quickly but so worth the wait. Opt for membership if you enjoy the classes and book in advance ??
