PainRelief Specialists / Rolfing

I had keep-me-up-at-night lower back pain for weeks and nothing seemed to help. I live in Colorado Springs and decided it was worth driving over an hour to Denver to give Dell and PainRelief Specialists a try. After a one hour session my pain was reduced 70% and I didn't wake up from back pain. After a few sessions, my back pain is almost completely gone. Over the years I've done many things to address pain issues and can say without hesitation, Dell is amazing!

Dell gives a fantastic message. His ROLF (or ROLFING?) approach has worked for me, and I have seen a reduction in pain and I am moving around better after a few sessions. But i started seeing progress a day after our first session.

Dell is a wonderful therapist and achieves significant results physically and energetically. I highly recommend him!
