The ladies did a great job and the place looks clean. But I did have to be very specific.Make sure that the scheduling center and the actual location give you the same information.There was a mix up in my case, and this location honored what I was promised and made it right. Thank you

I wanted to love this service but came to hate it after about 6 months. Every time they would come to clean they would never provide a timeline of when they would show up, and then they also charge a $100 fee if you aren’t home (would be a lot easier if they said they would be at our home at a specific time!). They also use hardcore bleach and the fumes are so hardcore, also they get bleach on EVERYTHING and have totally ruined my bathroom rugs!! Even after calling and complaining they offered no replacement or reimbursement. This one time it seemed like they just poured water in every drawer! They did a really good job of cleaning our house! They give you a call the next day so you can inform them if something was missed. I did have some shelves that had been missed dusting and let them know and they added it to my file to make sure they don’t miss it next time.They have always been so kind and I really enjoy working with themService: Standard cleaning
