Massage therapist are nice but just ok. Other locations have better skilled employees.Front desk is always on their phone, and are really young highschool students that are just not ready for a job.I got a massage and heard the supervisor and the front desk clerk gossip the entire time from my room.Oh, and they keep charging my incorrect credit card on file no matter how many times i tell them the correct one. How do you not call your clients that have booked appointments to let them know that you are closed for a water main break? How does this happen… Having a voicemail speaking about being closed due to the water main break is completely different than taking the time and courtesy to call your paying clients to let them know that you are closed. Instead, we have to spend the time driving, parking and walking to the front door to find out. You have lost a 10 year+ customer. Customer Service 101
