Following my spouse's very serious surgery, Human Touch provided OT and PT services for him. The therapists were superb! They worked with my husband to get him from immobile to fully functioning in a few short weeks. Great customer service and very responsive. Thank you!
Not happy at all with this company. Why the aide comes in not wearing a mask. Don't even have them in her bag. Always on her phone. And using my grandma bathroom. Comes when she wants. Taking advantage of seniors is not cool. Not happy at all.
A patient from my practice was discharged from a skilled nursing facility with home care that was supposed to be provided by this company. They no-showed multiple times and we have been unable to reach them by phone. Does this company even exist?
