I've needed to call them twice now for an emergency and they have been able to get someone out same day both times! Chris came out on a Saturday to fix my hot water heater and he was here within an hour, and had it fixed in two. He was so kind and professional, and did not try to pressure me into any extras. 10/10 would recommend ?
My experience with GWP was efficient, punctual and fair. My situation began after being misled by another company. I was in fear that the only way to solve my tankless water heater issue was by completely replacing the unit... I was looking at an expense of $8000-$10,000. I reached out to the manufacture of my tankless water heater - Noritz and they sent a list of companies/technicians who have been certified and trained on how to service and diagnose issues with the unit(s). We've used Golden West for many years and trust them. We like that we see most of the same faces over the years, for example your plumber Angelo, who has been to our home several times over the years. He does a great job for us and he understands our quirky plumbing. Overall we're satisfied that they charge fairly for the level of service provided. I would recommend Angelo and his assistant Zach to anyone I know.
