I've needed to call them twice now for an emergency and they have been able to get someone out same day both times! Chris came out on a Saturday to fix my hot water heater and he was here within an hour, and had it fixed in two. He was so kind and professional, and did not try to pressure me into any extras. 10/10 would recommend 😊

Jimmy did great! I was out of town and he made the entire process completely seamless! He called with the problems with our furnace and didn’t try to upsell me! He was upfront and very transparent! He did a great job explaining the problems and answering all my questions! I’ll be asking for jimmy for all my hvac issues in the future!

We had a small leak in our shower. I called as soon as I noticed the leak. Lou from Golden West was out to the house that afternoon. He repaired the leak before it got any worse. Lou has been my “go to” guy from Golden West for any plumbing problems I’ve had in this old house.
